16. LISTEN…remember you have two ears and one mouth for a reason

17. Find a mentor/coach/teacher/support person/Your person

18. Put on your phone “Advice/Things to remember” “Quotes to remember” & “Mentors”

19. Choose your own unique Mantra / Motto and live by that everyday

20. Know you learn something new every day.. from everyone, everything and every situation

21. DETACH

22. Find Balance.. the YIN/YANG in all things
